Hi. My name is Joshua Chinaecherem Nnamani.
My middle name is pronounced CHEE-nah-eh-CHER-em
My last name is pronounced NNA-mah-nee
My world revolves around the computer. I write languages that the computer understands, instructing it on what to do — and sometimes when to do it.
I've spent the best part of the last decade building a career from what started from curiosity — solving problems by creating systems that solve them at scale.
These days I'm a senior software engineer at Growy. Based in London.
Away from the keyboard, I play video games, run, and practise Krav Maga.
Where I've worked
In the last few years, I've been lucky to practice my craft in teams solving real problems — AI, education, agriculture, and fintech at scale.
Growy ↗
Growy builds AI-powered tools that help companies onboard, train, and grow their people. I'm a senior software engineer on the team, working on the platform from London.
Nuvo Cards ↗
Nuvo Cards and Technologies is a fintech based in the United States, building modern card and payment products.
Lumilearn ↗
Lumilearn is an edtech platform tackling two major problems plaguing education in West Africa: inadequate income opportunities for educators and lack of quality learning resources for students. I build the software behind it.
Pullus Africa ↗
Pullus is the leading solution for improving the throughput and output of small-scale poultry farmers across Africa. I led a complete infrastructure overhaul that let it scale without disrupting the farmers who depend on it.

Outside of work, I build products that explore ideas I can't let go of — tools that make everyday systems more transparent and usable.
